VP Outbound Sales

Shofur is a growth-stage technology company focused on changing the way the world travels. We work with 1200+ bus companies across North America to create an online marketplace for charter bus transportation. As we scale our platform globally, we are looking for smart, passionate, and detail oriented people who share our vision.

We are looking for a VP Outbound Sales to lead and grow the outbound sales team in our Charter Bus division. The position offers $75,000 base + uncapped performance incentives tied to sales. As an employee you will also receive full medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage our outbound sales division from the ground up
    • Develop pipelines for new outbound business
    • Develop contracts as a sole-source provider for all passenger transportation
    • Work closely with counsel to review and develop contract terms
    • Complete RFPs with client procurement departments
    • Hire, train, and retain the best sales team in the industry
  • Experience selling to Fortune 500 size institutions
  • Oversee operations and vendor selection for all contracts with best vendors in the industry
  • Oversee billing and collections issues as they arise
  • Keep C-Level management informed through performance reports
  • Ensure great customer service and resolve any and all problems in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience managing and scaling a sales team
  • Experience working with legal team and developing contracts
  • Experience with RFPs and working with client procurement departments
  • You are self-motivated and a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work long hours and be available 24/7
