SHOFUR is a growth-stage technology company focused on changing the way the world travels. We work with 1,000+ bus companies across the country to create an online marketplace for group transportation. As we scale our platform globally, we are looking for smart, passionate, and detail oriented people who share our vision.

 

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to recruit leading sales, marketing, and software engineering talent. The position offers a competitive base plus commission based on successful new hires. As an employee you will also receive full medical and dental benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage company-wide talent acquisition across multiple job functions
  • Create and manage online job postings on various recruiting platforms
  • Conduct screening interviews in order to select the most qualified candidates
  • Partner with marketing to develop and maintain our brand to attract candidates
  • Partner with management to improve employee satisfaction and retention
  • Assist with Human Resource responsibilities including: employee onboarding, administration of employee benefits, compliance, etc.

Qualifications

  • 3+ Year's experience recruiting personnel
  • 2+ Year's experience recruiting technical software engineering talent
  • You are self-motivated and a team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
