Manage company-wide talent acquisition across multiple job functions
Create and manage online job postings on various recruiting platforms
Conduct screening interviews in order to select the most qualified candidates
Partner with marketing to develop and maintain our brand to attract candidates
Partner with management to improve employee satisfaction and retention
Assist with Human Resource responsibilities including: employee onboarding, administration of employee benefits, compliance, etc.
Hire and manage team of in-house recruiters as company continues to scale
5-7 years minimum experience recruiting personnel
2 years minimum experience recruiting technical software engineering talent
